These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk18 platform — including all cricket betting, casino games, slots, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus offers. Please read every clause carefully before registering or placing a bet on pk18.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk18. Age verification is required at registration and again at first withdrawal. pk18 will permanently close any account where underage use is established and will forfeit all associated balances in accordance with international gaming regulations.
All pk18 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. Minimum deposit is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
All promotional bonuses on pk18 carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual bonus terms at the time each promotion is offered.
Each pk18 player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. pk18 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
pk18 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion to all account holders at no cost. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard. Use of these tools does not forfeit your existing real-money balance held in your pk18 account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk18. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the pk18 platform, you unconditionally accept all provisions set out in this document.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with pk18's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and pk18. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.
Registration and use of pk18 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. pk18 enforces this requirement through age verification at the point of registration and mandatory KYC documentation review prior to the processing of any withdrawal. If pk18 determines at any stage that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter reported in accordance with the requirements of the Platform's international gaming license.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active Account on pk18. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pk18 employs automated fraud detection tools to identify duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify pk18 promptly of any changes via the account settings or live chat support.
pk18 is designed and marketed for players located in Pakistan. Players accessing pk18 from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. pk18 does not warrant the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than those covered by its international gaming license.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk18 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk18 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are submitted and verified.
You may request closure of your pk18 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

pk18 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your deposit source must match the name on your registered pk18 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be reversed and may trigger a KYC review. pk18 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money balances. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Only the real-money portion of a mixed balance (real money plus bonus) is eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC verification status.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status of the account. First withdrawals from any account require completion of full KYC document verification before funds are released. Subsequent withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed on a priority basis.
pk18 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under the Platform's international gaming license. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, pk18 will request alternative verified account details.
Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps apply and are communicated within the account dashboard. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of stated daily limits should contact support to discuss scheduled processing arrangements.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pk18 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the point of the promotion. Bonus funds are awarded to the Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions are met.
Wagering requirements specify the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guideline on pk18:
pk18 monitors betting patterns for indicators of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated betting between accounts. pk18 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where abuse is identified.
All bets placed on pk18's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, and other sports markets — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the relevant rules for that market. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or league. For PSL markets, the official PCB/PSL authority result applies. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, pk18's sport-specific settlement rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over to a rescheduled fixture.
pk18 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or human error in odds compilation. This includes clearly incorrect odds, inverted odds, or odds that differ materially from the true market price at the time of the bet. pk18 will notify affected players and refund stakes where bets are voided under this clause.
Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum daily payout limits apply across all pk18 sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market. pk18 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player on any market at its sole discretion.
All casino games, slots, and live dealer games available on pk18 — including those accessible via pk18 Casino, Slot, God Fish Slicing, and Nine — use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and operate under the studio's own regulatory framework in addition to pk18's platform rules.
Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions during a game round — including connection loss, browser errors, or server interruptions — are governed by the game provider's malfunction policy, which generally results in the round being voided and the stake refunded. pk18 will endeavour to resolve disputed game outcomes in good faith using available game logs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk18 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

pk18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk18 will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in account closure for legitimate breach, pk18 reserves the right to withhold balances accrued through fraudulent activity. Balances attributable to verified real-money deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method where legally permissible.
All content on the pk18 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, data presentations, odds feeds, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk18 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk18 content without prior written authorisation from pk18. Unauthorised use of pk18 intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk18's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk18's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the pk18 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pk18, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
pk18 applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. pk18 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk18 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pk18 that cannot be resolved through pk18's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.
pk18 operates a two-stage internal dispute resolution process. In the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to the pk18 support team. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 calendar days, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review by pk18's compliance team. pk18 will provide a written response to all formal dispute submissions within 28 calendar days.
pk18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, the bonus structure, payment terms, or account management procedures — pk18 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice prior to the effective date of the revised Terms. Notice will be communicated via the email address or phone number registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the pk18 platform.
Your continued use of pk18 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pk18 and may request account closure prior to the effective date without penalty.
